Further to our previous announcements Escouts hosting account holders who have still not yet re-ordered, have now had their hosting accounts suspended.

Account owners - In order to have your account unsuspended and resources increased you must re sign up once at https://www.escouts.info/signup.php with your details as the client, and reorder your existing hosting account, please use the email address you have registered with us in your hosting account. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE NOT RE-SIGNED UP FOR ACCOUNT BY 14th JANUARY 2010 IT WILL BE DELETED

Everyone who did re-order their account will have their account upgraded to 200mb / 10gb, if it wasn't previously done, as soon as possible.

New signups will be taken from 12th January 2010 as planned.

The Escouts team appreciate that the implementation of this plan will cause inconvience to a number of people who would not have been affected otherwise. However we feel the benefits of

• Increased resources for Groups/ Units etc who are actually using the service

• Improved support with our new ordering and support centre https://www.escouts.info

• Increased Support from an extended Escouts team

• More scope on our dedicated server to take on more Groups, Units, Networks, Districts, Counties, Areas and Scot Regions.

• Ultimately we have a finite server resource, which needs managed!!!
